I. ABOUT REFUND

We provide a 30 day period to send return/refund request . The starting date begins on the day you receive the product and lasts for thirty days.

  1. Requirements For Refund:
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It has to be in its original box as well.
  • Refund requests will not be issued for items not found due to recent faults, missing parts, items not in original condition or obvious signs of wear and tear.
  • Excessive wear and tear of the product. People’s opinions vary, but in general, if a product is nearing the end of its actual use, or it looks worn, people consider that to be excessive. These cases can’t be returned at this time.
  • Products that are missing or damaged labels cannot be returned. All products must be returned in the original state and with the original label.
  • Custom made or custom ordered products can’t be refunded.

2. Instruction For Contacting to Refund:

If your orders don’t fall into these above situations and within our 30 days of grace period, we’ll issue you a refund with details below. Refunds will be confirmed via email.

After contacting our customer care team and receiving our confirmation about the refund, please follow the instructions below carefully:

  1. Please print out your purchase confirmation email and the return label with our business name and address below. Contact us and put them on the package. Pack the item safely in the original packaging that came with the product
  2. Please contact your local post office or other courier to send the package to the address below.

3. Fees And Time For Refund

  • Return postage will be provided by customer
  • Refunds (If Accepted ) will be made to your original payment method after 7 business days (excluding holidays or weekends) when you return and we get the product.

4. LATE OR LOST REFUNDS (IF APPLY)

After 7 business days, if you have not received your refund, please double check your bank account first.

  1. Contact your credit card company to find out the status of your refund.

2. Then contact your bank and make the transaction to your account. It is not uncommon for recovery to take time.

3. If you have done all of this and have not received a refund, please contact us again for more assistance.

3. CHANGE (IF APPLY)

We only replace them if they are broken or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email cs@jnwmarine.com.

Then send your goods, you must send your products to the address we gave you above.

4. FEES FOR RETURNS (IF APPLY)

The customer will pay the cost of shipping the product back to us. Shipping, handling, and other fees are not refundable. We are not accepting cash on delivery. The company would greatly appreciate it if you were able to provide us with the tracking number with your return. Goods must be shipped using a trusted mail service.
